Augmentin 1000 Duo Tablet is best taken with a meal to reduce the chance of a stomach upset. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time daily will help you remember to take it. The dose will depend on what you are being treated for, but you should always complete an entire course of this antibiotic as your doctor prescribes. Please do not stop taking it until you have finished, even when you feel better. If you stop taking it early, some bacteria may survive, and the infection may return or worsen.
The most common side effects of Augmentin 1000 Duo Tablet include vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea. These are usually mild, but let your doctor know if they bother you or will not go away.
Before taking it, let your doctor know if you are allergic to any antibiotics or have kidney or liver problems. You should also inform your healthcare team about all other medicines you are taking as they may affect or be affected by Augmentin 1000 Duo Tablet. This medicine is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding if prescribed by a doctor.

COVERSYL 4MG contains Perindopril which belongs to the group of medicines called Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors. It is used to treat hypertension in adults. Hypertension is a condition in which the force of the blood against blood vessel walls is too high. Symptoms of hypertension includes early morning headaches, irregular heartbeat, vision changes, feeling overtiredness, vomiting, confusion, anxiety, and chest pain. It is also used to treat heart failure (a condition where the pumping of heart is inadequate to meet body’s need which is characterized by shortness of breath, fatigue, fast heartbeat). It also reduces the risk of cardiac events such as heart attack in patients with stable coronary artery disease (a condition where the blood supply to the heart is reduced or blocked resulting in pain or discomfort in chest, arms or shoulders; weakness, light-headedness and feeling sick), in patients who have the history of heart attack and/or an operation to improve blood supply to heart.
Perindopril works by inhibiting the activity of an enzyme called angiotensin converting enzyme (an enzyme which is responsible for causing constriction of blood vessels), resulting in easy flow of blood around the body. Your doctor may check your kidney function, blood pressure, and the amount of electrolytes (Ex. potassium) in your body prior to the treatment or at regular intervals along with the treatment.
COVERSYL 4MG is not recommended for use in patients having kidney artery stenosis. COVERSYL 4MG should be used in caution with patient having aortic stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, diabetes, liver, and kidney problems or under dialysis. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, consult your doctor for advice before taking this medicine. COVERSYL 4MG is not recommended for use in children and adolescents up to the age of 18 years. The most common side effects of taking COVERSYL 4MG are low blood pressure, headache, dizziness, muscle cramps, shortness of breath, cough and headache. Consult your doctor if the symptoms worsen.
